Placing an order with us is easy! Just give us a call, visit our shop, or send us an email. We require a 50% deposit to kick off custom projects, with the final payment due upon pickup.

We ship your completed unit to your location (job site or facility). We provide an estimated delivery window once production is finalized. Timing depends on your location, carrier availability, and any required permits. Local pickup from our location is also always an option. Who pays for shipping? Freight is not included in the base price (unless noted in your quote). We get competitive carrier rates, pass them to you at cost, and you approve the amount before we schedule. What delivery methods are used? Standard flatbed, step-deck, or enclosed van for LTL (less than Load) Heavy-haul with permits/escorts when needed We choose the safest, most practical option for your unit. What do I need to do for delivery? Ensure site access (width, turning radius, clearance) Have unloading equipment ready (or confirm if carrier provides it) Have someone on-site to accept and inspect the unit Permits and compliance? We handle oversized/overweight permits and route approvals when required; costs are included in the freight quote you approve. What if there are issues? Site access problems → possible redelivery/storage/wait fees Inspect on arrival and note damage on the delivery receipt Report issues to us within 48 hours Delays (weather, carrier, permitting) → we keep you updated and resolve quickly International or remote deliveries?
