This project modifies a skid-steer quick-attach land plane by integrating high-strength permanent magnets to simultaneously grade surfaces and collect ferrous debris.
Ferrous trash in gravel causes $100–$400+ per flat (tires, tubes, tow bills). Commercial skid-steer magnets (e.g., 60–72" front-mount sweepers) excel at pickup but lack grading. Land planes excel at leveling but ignore metal. Combining them yields efficiency on sites like construction yards, horse arenas, RV parks, or home driveways.
