Another project that K3 is working with us. These are an incredible quick swap screen. Any time you wish to screen a different spec of rock, you only have to pull two pins and use a loader to lift and replace the main section of screen. A swap takes less than 5 minutes. We use incredibly heavy duty materials, including 3/8 wall rectangle tubing for all the uprights and 1/4" wall 2-1/2 " square tubing for all the screen deck. These things should last two life times. The screen is at the perfect angle to help eliminate jamming and plugging, and the screen is all on pedestals to let keep that annoying plugging at the lower end of the screen to a minimum.
The four yard unit is 8 feet wide, the eight yard unit is 12 feet wide, and the 12 yard unit is 15 feet wide.
